Refunds are ONLY given in the event that the coach does not show up for any scheduled meeting or the Client is no longer in need of or interested in utilizing the coach’s services and wants to terminate their agreement. However, contract terminations must be done 1 week in advance of next scheduled session. Any session remaining within a 7-day time frame will not be refunded but any following sessions (more than 7 days out) will be refunded.

Refunds are not given for Clients who purchased packages/sessions but failed to schedule, reschedule, show up or show up on time for scheduled session times. Please see scheduled, reschedule, and session policies for details
​In the event that a session needs to be cancelled, it must be done 24 hours in advance. If not, it will still count towards the number of sessions for the package purchased and/or will not be refunded. A single session can only be rescheduled 2x. Any more than that and Coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching agreement until the client is better able to fully commit to the program. All requests to cancel or reschedule must be made by phone/text only. 
Free session packages include 6 free session that must be used by the client within 3 months. They can only be used by the client who is approved for the service and cannot be transferred to or include anyone else unless agreed upon by the Coach. These free sessions are scheduled on a first come case by case basis and do not have the same flexibility in scheduling as paid sessions. Free Clients will choose from a list of available slots  and adhere to the same policy and procedures of paying Clients unless otherwise stated in this agreement. If the client is more than 15 minutes late to a session or no shows 1x, they will lose their free sessions for the rest of that month. If this happens more than 2x total, the client will permanently be ineligible to utilize our free coaching services. During these 6 free coaching sessions the Client cannot purchase extra coaching sessions. If this is done, the free coaching agreement will be immediately terminated. After the fulfillment of this 6 session agreement, the client will be ineligible to receive any free coaching services from Unveiling the Spirit but can chose to become a paying client at any time. Also, donations for these services are welcomed but not necessary. The Coach reserves the right to cancel free coaching sessions at any time. The only requirement to use this free service is that you fill out a feedback survey before the 3-month period ends.  More info will be outlined in your coaching contract.
