Embrace your spiritual self

​Two of the main reasons why people don't embrace or understand their spiritual nature is because it's not easy, and it isn't very clear. Since our physical nature has limited energy, human beings have always been inclined to do what is easiest or requires less energy to survive. And focusing on what we see is much easier to process than trying to interpret, make connections to, and understand what we can't. However, while the physical realm and our senses provide the context ​from which we experience reality, the spiritual realm gives us the purpose and reasons for why that reality exists.

​Not understanding or living our lives from these deeper purposes and perspectives contribute to us living very superficial and unfulfilled lives. This is why, despite its contradiction to our physical nature and the confusion and frustration it can cause, we need to push past the barriers that interfere with us embracing our spiritual nature, thereby unlocking the truths that lie within it.

​Embracing our spiritual nature requires us to not just go through our daily lives, making decisions based on the most efficient path to get what we want or need, but seeking to understand WHY we want or need these things and how they ultimately affect our lives. It requires us to examine our deepest beliefs and connect them to the decisions and actions they motivate us to make. It demands us to readjust theses beliefs when they don't allow us the physical and spiritual alignment that is crucial to us living deeply fulfilling lives.  ​

What does unveiling the spirit mean?

 ​Unveiling your spirit is a term that author and certified life & relationship coach Stephanie K. uses to describe the awakening and growth of our spiritual selves. Stephanie believes, as explained in the Bible, that we are first and foremost spiritual beings in physical bodies. However, due to being born and living in a fallen world, which simply means that we are disconnected from our spiritual source, we often and easily live a lesser form of life through our physical senses. ​She believes this lower form of living further stifles our spiritual awareness and senses, which causes us to feel varying degrees of emptiness, failure, and dissatisfaction that we fruitlessly spend our entire lives trying to ignore or fill. Nevertheless, she asserts that trying to solve spiritual problems with physical remedies only reinforces the problem and even causes us to miss the deeper meaning and purposes of our lives, which is what we innately crave. Stephanie believes that unveiling our spiritual nature and allowing it to grow and thrive primarily through reconnecting with our spiritual source, is the key to bringing dramatic transformation, clarity, and improvement to our entire experience of life.
