Know Thyself
​Although we don't usually think of it this way, personal spiritual development is the entire purpose of our existence. So often we make life about reaching specific goals and objectives without understanding that the lessons we learn along the way not only shape us but determines if we will actually get where we want to go. Without these lessons, and even more so learning them, we lack the depth, purpose, knowledge, and stability that's required for success, happiness, and fulfillment—with or without reaching our goals.

​Unfortunately for all of us personal development is a struggle because we are not usually aware of the deeply entrenched beliefs that hold us back from learning the lessons our experiences are trying to teach us. While it is possible to develop and learn these lessons on our own, it is much more effective, faster, and lasting when we have help. Relationships are the largest contributing factor when it comes to our spiritual, mental, and emotional growth or deterioration. This not only makes them essential to our lives but also crucial to safeguard. Through my relationship coaching for couples, I can help you to see yourself and your partner more deeply and less through the superficial filters often learned though the world and our experiences. 

This will help you understand how to connect with your partner on a more profound and intimate level and learn how to grow your relationships on a sturdy foundation. Such healthy relationships help us to not only thrive spiritually, emotionally, and mentally but also to grow into who we and our partners were meant to become. It will also help you to grow closer to God by uncovering his divine plan for your relationship. When we learn to focus on the spirit, especially as a couple, relationship problems and conflicts become significantly easier to overcome. 

While learning to do these things as a couple are necessary for a healthy and thriving relationships, you can also learn them as a single person as well. A Community of Support
Group coaching is a great way to get the guidance and support you need at a cheaper cost. It offers a community of support from those with similar concerns that you can lean on outside of regular group sessions. It also provides a variety of perspectives and experiences that you won't find in one-on-one sessions, which can be more impactful and enriching to your own growth process.  Our groups meet bi-weekly for 3 months, consist of no more than 10 participants, and are held via Zoom. As I lead the group towards mutual goals, you'll be able to draw from the strength, stories, and experiences of others that will be crucial to overcoming the obstacles that life often throws at us.
