3 Simple Steps To Encouragement & Insight

    • On-Demand Coaching is for those interested in scheduling a session when they are in need of a listening ear, feedback, and direction. These sessions can not be scheduled more than once a week and does not include weekly check-ins.  ​​

    • Scheduled Coaching is for those interested in regularly scheduled coaching sessions. Ideal for those looking to overcome specific obstacles that require regular support, insight, direction, and accountability. This option includes 4, 8, and 12 session packages that can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly.  ​​

    • ​You will indicate your preferred option on the coaching agreement mentioned in the next step.​

  • There are two options for filling out and returning a coaching agreement. 

    • Please proceed to the link below to schedule and pay for your next session. 

    • Only used the package rate if you are scheduling more than 4 sessions at a time. 

    • Information for discounted rates will be spelled out in the coaching agreement. 

    • After doing so you will be redirected to a questionnaire link to fill out before our next session. If you've filled it out once, you don't need to do so again.
