Many people know what a coach is and even a life coach, but few know what a spiritual life coach is, let alone what we do. Spiritual life coaching is not only applicable to everyone as we are all spirits but is greatly beneficial to finding and maintaining overall peace, happiness, and success.
In response to the horrors of the Atlantic Slave Trade and the resulting consequences that are currently taking place in our country, some respond with the comment that Africans were also complicit in selling other Africans. Not only have protest and marches worked, but they and other methods of standing against injustice is exactly how change happens.

For me, this movement has changed me in many profound ways; here are 5 of them.

Let me share with you some of my own experiences.
