Life After Hurt & Disappointment

Deep disappointment and hurt are some of the most painful things we can experience. Unfortunately, for Christians, this can be compounded by feelings of guilt, shame, and weakness for not having more faith or being strong enough. This is only made worse sometimes by our leaders ad friends who simply tell us to "trust in God." No one tells us what to do if or when we can't. Luckily, God understands and is ready to give us the tools and encouragement we need to move forward. All we need to do is reach out and accept the help when it comes.

This group is ideal for those who:

have been struggling with rebounding from a failure, heartbreak, or crushing disappointment.
have begun to question their faith in God because of it.
feel like God doesn't really love, protect, or help them.
feel alone in life.
are ready to or have already given up.
are ready to move forward but their disappointment/hurt is holding them back.

This group:

meets once a month. Time and location will be confirmed by email.
allows for one weekly email/text check-in with your coach (for paid members only).
includes activities to complete outside of the meetings to help with encouragement.
includes a private Facebook group to facilitate support of fellow members.
